These terms govern your use of hcpcompass.com and outline the general conditions under which HCP Compass B.V. (“HCP Compass”, “we”, “us”) provides its services. By using this website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Our services are provided under a separate written proposal or agreement concluded with each client. That document defines the scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees of the engagement, and it prevails over these

terms wherever the two differ. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer; descriptions of services, processes, and outcomes are indicative and subject to the terms of the individual engagement.

  1. Client responsibilities

Our clients operate in regulated industries. Unless the engagement agreement states otherwise, the client remains responsible for the final review and approval of all materials before publication, including medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) approval, and for compliance with the laws, codes, and industry regulations applicable to the client’s products and markets. We prepare materials to support that review; we do not replace it.

  1. Fees and payment

Fees are set out in the engagement agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 30 days. We may suspend work on accounts with overdue invoices after written notice.

  1. Warranties and liability

This website is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, HCP Compass is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business arising from the use of this website. For services, our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for that engagement in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

This website may link to third-party websites and uses third-party tools (such as scheduling and chat features). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties. Your use of those tools may be subject to the third party’s own terms.
